Micronesia, Phase 1

Like many island states and regions, Micronesia is a region entirely defined by water — yet drowning remains a leading cause of preventable death among youth. Open-water exposure is constant, but structured swim education is rare. Guam, as the region's most accessible hub, is the ideal launchpad for an initiative that will grow across the Pacific.
